Free Personal Year {year} Calculator

Your Personal Year forecasts the major themes, opportunities, and challenges you will encounter this year. It follows a repeating 9-year cycle based on your birth date.

100% private — your data is calculated in your browser and is never sent to our servers. No account required, nothing is stored.

How is it calculated?

Sum birth day + birth month + current year (or any year you want to check). The result is strictly reduced to a single digit (1-9), without preserving master numbers in temporal cycles.

  1. Take your birth day
  2. Add your birth month
  3. Add the year you want to calculate
  4. Reduce to a single digit (1-9)

9-year cycles are one of the oldest Pythagorean concepts. Each year within the cycle has an associated pattern that repeats predictably.

Frequently asked questions

Why do temporal cycles not preserve master numbers?

By established convention in the modern Pythagorean system: master numbers (11, 22, 33) are reserved for the static lifetime profile numbers. Temporal cycles use strict single-digit reduction (1-9).

When does my Personal Year change?

On January 1st of each year, regardless of your birthday. The calendar year determines the cycle change, not the birth anniversary.

How often does the same Personal Year repeat?

Every 9 years. Personal Years form a closed cycle from 1 to 9 that restarts continuously. If your current Personal Year is 3, in 9 years it will be 3 again.
