1. Description of the service

Numerología.io is a digital platform that offers numerological calculations and interpretations based on the user's full name and date of birth. The service includes a personal numerology profile, a daily energy calendar, and related analysis tools.

The content on Numerología.io is informational and for guidance only. The calculations and interpretations do not constitute predictions, medical diagnoses, financial, psychological, or legal advice. The user is solely responsible for any decisions made based on the platform's information.

2. Conditions for access and use

To use Numerología.io you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Provide a valid email to create your account.
• Provide your full name and date of birth truthfully. Numerology calculations are invalid if the data is incorrect.
• Not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent purposes, or purposes that harm third parties.

You agree not to reverse-engineer the service, engage in mass scraping of content, or take any action that interferes with the normal operation of the platform.

3. User account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. If you detect any unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately at support@numerologia.io.

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice when the violation is serious.

4. Free plan and premium plan

Free plan: includes the complete numerology profile (8 numbers), personalized daily guidance, and a 7-day energy calendar. No credit card required and available indefinitely.

Premium plan: includes the full annual calendar, monthly/annual/cycle reports, unlimited compatibility analyses, advanced timing tools, and high-impact day alerts. Available in three options:

• Monthly: $5.99 USD/month, with automatic monthly renewal.
• Quarterly: $14.99 USD/quarter ($5.00/month effective), with automatic renewal every 3 months.
• Annual: $39.99 USD/year ($3.33/month effective), with automatic annual renewal.

Individual compatibility analysis: $2.99 USD, one-time payment without subscription.

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as Merchant of Record and manages tax compliance (VAT/taxes) according to your country of residence.

Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Your Plan" section in Settings → "Manage subscription". Upon cancellation, you will retain premium access until the end of the already paid period. No partial refunds are issued for the unused period, unless required by applicable law.

Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the price in effect at the time of renewal. You will receive an email notice before each annual renewal.

We reserve the right to modify the features included in the free plan, always with at least 30 days' prior notice when the modification is significant.

5. Intellectual property

All content on Numerología.io — interpretation texts, software, design, logos, algorithms, and methodology — is the property of Numerología.io or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the service according to these terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform's content without express authorization.

6. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". Numerología.io does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or the absence of errors.

In no event shall Numerología.io be liable for:

• Decisions made by the user based on the platform's content
• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service
• Loss of data caused by reasons beyond our control

In any case, Numerología.io's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event that caused the damage.

7. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these terms of service.

8. Termination and subscription cancellation

Subscription cancellation: you can cancel at any time from Settings → "Your Plan" → "Manage subscription". Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued.

Account deletion: you can delete your account from "Account & settings". Upon doing so, the active subscription will be automatically cancelled and your personal data will be deleted within a maximum of 30 days.

Numerología.io may terminate access to the service if you violate these terms. In the event of termination on our part without cause attributable to the user, we will notify you with at least 30 days' notice.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect implies acceptance.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or application, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of Spanish courts, unless applicable consumer protection regulations establish a different venue.
